Drop-leaf tables are useful where space is at a premium, as in a city apartment. With the leaves down, this one measures 40"x25" and will seat two people while next to a wall. With the leaves up it measures 40"x40" and will comfortably seat 4. The leaves use a traditional rule joint, as shown in the detail photo. Please ask about custom dimensions.
